ARCHITECTS- DESIGN ARCHITECTS, PROJECT MANAGERS AND PROJECT ARCHITECTS
Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA (VTBS) is an award-winning architecture and planning firm located in the appealing environment of the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA. We have additional offices in the trendy LoDo district of Downtown Denver, Downtown San Jose and in the historic Shell Building located in the heart of the Financial District in San Francisco. We are a recognized leader in land-planning, procuring entitlements and the design of high-density residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Currently, VTBS has many new and exciting projects requiring professional Architects in each of our locations. We provide a fast-paced and stimulating environment, creating designs for long-established and high-quality repeat clientele. We are seeking the following individuals with AutoCAD, communication, and organizational skills along with the ability to manage projects and teams from Design Development and Construction Documents through Construction Administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Accredited Degree in Architecture
Relevant U.S. experience
AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Type I, Type II, Type III and/or Type V multi-family construction and/or mixed-use urban-infill projects
K-12 Educational Facility Experience (DENVER)
