We were given the task of planning a 25-acre infill site in the City of Centennial that needed to meet the city's requirement to have the site provide both a wide range of affordability and a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhoods.  Economic feasibility was also a requirement for any incoming development team.

Consisting of detached single-family cluster homes, stacked condominiums, and narrow row townhomes, the site yields slightly over 15 du/ac.
