An on-campus urban village for graduate students at UCLA, adjoining Westwood Village, this project is designed to meet the original Westwood Design Guidelines that were established in the 1930's for Westwood Village.

On this 15-acre site, we provided 1,200 graduate student apartments, studios at 375 sf, and two bedrooms/two baths at 750 sf.  Also a total of 2,000 parking stalls were provided in subterranean garages under the project.
