Aurora, CO

This $2.9 million project consists of the complete replacement of the mechanical systems as well as various building upgrades and ADA accessibility issues.  All exterior fenestration and roofing systems are being replaced.  The project design also included a phasing plan that was coordinated with the Owner's environmental consultant.  This project was completed in August, 2005.
