The site includes a full health center with assisted living units, dementia units, a 90-bed skilled nursing facility and a recreation building.  Along with all the services being offered in the buildings, the site amenities consisting of a pool, spa, chip and putt golf course, picnic areas, walking paths, a man-made lake and lush landscaping create an environment that promotes an active lifestyle.  The masterplan is under development.
