Planning of the 65-acre site required consideration of 25 acres of land that was to be left a natural riparian corridor. The Continuing Care Retirement Community, consisting of a variety of living options, includes 250 independent living apartments in three stories. Forty-eight larger units are available in a garden apartment setting in two-story buildings. Attached housing organized in single, duplex, and triplex single story buildings make up another 72 units located in the hills on the campus. Amenities included in the project are a 33,000 square feet commons building containing a 280 seat dining facility and numerous activity and entertaining spaces. An 8,200 square feet recreation building is included as well as numerous other site amenities.
