This project is high density urban infill housing.   The project is located within a predominantly Asian neighborhood, leading us to a contemporary design with primary colors.  The red, in particular, is a postive cultural symbol.   This theme was carried through in the site landscaping which provides a 'lotus garden' and other Asian references.
