Brighton Gardens is designed to provide different levels of care for the elderly in a residential environment.  Each facility is custom designed for its site within the needs and prototypical requirement.  Brighton Gardens Northridge is a two-story building with on-grade parking.  The program calls for a 45-bed skilled nursing facility, a 25-bed special care unit, 90 assisted-living units, and congregate spaces.   Studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom with den units are included at the facility.
