Graduate students, more so than any other students, need private space to study, so we conceived a project with all individual apartments, not dorms.  The net useable space per student is about 375 sf.

We were very excited when we were selected by the Capital Programs Group of UCLA to design their new Graduate Student Housing project on the Westwood Campus in West Los Angeles.
