The project site is located on San Vicente Blvd. in West Hollywood.  Greenwich Place is comprised of four separate components each with its own Architectural expression.  The Main Building consists of 108 flats and townhouse condominiums.  Its architectgure is a contemporary interpretation of Los Angeles's courtyard living.  Soth of the main building is a five story 35 unit affordable project.  Similar amenities have been provided as at the main condo building.  The aesthetic is contemporary to be compatible with the main building.

The current design which recently received city approval has replaced a Traditional Brownstone design which has been approved and obtained the city entitlement.
